Another Do It Yourself Disaster
I have posted here before about the hazards of trying to do "do it yourself estate planning." The reasons why its a bad idea, and the possible adverse consequences of planning your estate or engaging in significant financial transactions without professional advise are too numerous and varied to list in a blog post. This is not to say, however, that we can't all learn from the unfortunate examples that osmetimes come across my radar screen. Please do yourself - and your loved ones - a favor, and seek professional advice when planning for the disposition of your assets.
